I'm reporting this one from an off-line discussion with a developer. He was working CodeFirst and it was generating the database, but no tables. It turned out that his domain classes had a namespace of 'NakedObjects.Example...'.
When reflecting over the domain model to create the schema Naked Objects deliberately ignores any classes with a namespace that begins with 'NakedObjects', as these are presumed to be part of the framework. This is to avoid accidentally turning various
framework classes into Entities. So use another namespace (or start of namespace) for your domain classes.
(Note that this restriction applied only to working CodeFirst)
