CSS Win 8 IE 10

We are getting the below message for some machines running Win 8 and IE 10. (not all of them)

"The default .css supplied with Naked Objects MVC will not render correctly with IE6 or IE7 - because of the use of drop-down menus. Please use IE8, Google Chrome, or Firefox - or provide your own .css (in which case remove this check from SystemController:OnActionExecuting)."

I'm guessing those machines are in compatibility mode [1]? You can toggle it somewhere or other.

Must be something like that, because the code explicitly only checks for IE6 and IE7.

			if (Request.Browser.Type.ToUpper () == "IE6" || Request.Browser.Type.ToUpper () == "IE7")
			{
				filterContext.Result = View ("BrowserError");
				return;
			}

It is compatibility mode as we encountered the same issue and resolved it by turning it off in IE.
